I can answer almost all questions relating to current Ontario business legislation such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Act, Human Rights Code…  I also have experience working with the WSIB, Labour Board, Service Canada (Unemployment Office), as well as many different government offices and programs. I can design training such as safety related , new employee orientations, supervisory skills, accident/incident investigation, WHMIS, etc. Developing editable templates for many different HR functions (such as Employee Performance Reviews, Interview questions for new hires, employment applications, disciplinary notices, and many other business letters needed) is not only one of my favourite projects, but it is one of my most popular products! Payment: I accept paypal, Visa/MasterCard, and cheques written from businesses. Rates do not include required taxes.

What I can’t help with: I cannot provide advice or answers on questions relating to a union contract (since those are specific to unions). Also, if you live/work outside of Ontario or Canada, likely I cannot provide you with employment advice; however, I can still assist with professional writing projects.
